NIKE HYDRAULICS rescue tools are the result of years of experience with high pressure hydraulics and close cooperation with fire and rescue services. This has led to a wide range of high quality and high capacity tools for almost any rescue or disaster situation you may encounter.

POWERFUL TOOLS FOR EVERY SITUATION

Hand operated tools - Our hand operated rescue tools are very compact in design and light in weight, which make them easy to carry and to operate. Manual tools are suitable in many different situations, e.g. in event of traffic accidents or disasters - situations where it is not possible to use motor operated rescue tools. Many customers are using these tools also as backup equipment and to supplement motorized tools. Thanks to their integral pump design, manual tools can be used immediately without any preparations and therefore permit fast initial rescue intervention at the accident site.

Their range of hydraulic hand tools includes a very innovative combi tool that delivers a cutting force of 17 tons, a spreading force of 4 tons and squeezing force of over 5 tons. It weighs just 11 kg.

Motor operated tools - motor operated tools from NIKE HYDRAULICS are powerful work horses that will never let you down.

Where powered tools are an option Nike have a wide range of tools for the job. With JDC's focus on stowage we are always looking for combi tools that work and take up less space. The Nike powered combi gives a cutting force of 50 tons, a spreading force of nearly 6 tons and a maximum pulling force of 10 tons. It weighs less than 18kg. The spreader tips can be easily put on or taken off making it a very useful tool for tasks such as removing car roofs.

ALL MOTOR OPERATED RESCUE TOOLS FROM NIKE HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

  • Safety valves. Protects the tool from being overloaded by limiting the maximum hydraulic pressure. Furthermore, safety valves protect the tool if the return hose is not connected properly.
  • Twist-grip control with dead man's handle. All tools are equipped with the same control valve: the twist-grip control with dead man's handle. The twist-grip controls the tools motion cycle. The valve can easily be replaced by removing four screws. Release the handle and the tool will stop.
  • Holding function. The tools can be disconnected under pressure. Even if the twist-grip is accidentally turned while hosesare disconnected, the tool will remain in its position.
  • Quick couplings. The tools are connected easily and quickly with the quick couplings. All quick couplings are equipped with metal dust covers.
